    NO WEIGHTS

    Your body is the best tool you have, learn to use it and get a great work out. In real life it is all you got, and YBFF will make it better

    NO RUNNING

    If you wanted to run you would go for one. We leave it out and add in strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Improve muscle tone, and your heart health!

    NO SIT UPS

    YBFF will not waste your time with sit ups. YBFF will work your abs, by pushing pulling, squatting lunging and more! You CAN get a 6 pack!

    imgp3012My name is Lynnell Ible. I have a degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University in Montreal. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). I started personal training in 1999 and have continued my studies in Nutrition and Fitness Training over the last 11 years. I have recently returned to Canada after traveling to Australia and England to learn the best ways to burn fat, build muscle and have fun.

    I am excited about life and a great motivator and I will be teaching every class!

    Sein Lok Park (Downtown) – Corporate 12:15 pm – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
